Franchesca Kotik

Franchesca’s practice is concentrated in insurance defense and civil litigation. She represents insurance carriers and their insureds in a broad range of matters, including personal injury, premises liability, property damage, strict liability, product liability, and construction defect claims. Franchesca has extensive experience managing complex litigation through all phases of the process, including initial evaluation, discovery, dispositive motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. She regularly drafts and argues motions, conducts and defends depositions, and develops defense strategies designed to achieve efficient and favorable results for her clients. Prior to joining WPDS, Franchesca practiced at a national subrogation law firm, where she recovered significant sums on behalf of insurers in property damage and product liability cases. Her experience on both the recovery and defense sides provides her with the insight and strategic approach needed to navigate complex litigation successfully.
