Caitlin R. Zapf

Caitlin Zapf is a litigator specializing in insurance defense and insurance coverage disputes. She has defended a wide variety of general liability claims against insureds, including wrongful death, toxic tort, product liability, foodborne illness, construction defect, and business disputes. She has also litigated declaratory relief, contribution, and bad faith claims on behalf of insurance company clients involving a wide range of areas including personal injury, construction defect, and entertainment.

Additionally, Caitlin’s insurance coverage practice includes advising carrier clients regarding their obligations with respect to first and third party coverage issues.

In addition to the law, Caitlin is also a business entrepreneur and has experience in transactional matters for business owners, such as drafting agreements, negotiating business contracts, and securing Intellectual Property rights.
